Sky+ Upgrade

Hi, I've had sky + for a long time. I want to upgrade to Sky Q. Just need 1 box. What is the number to get in touch? I've been a member for 18 years. Would be nice to try it for free?

@Mrslope   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mrslope you have a 31 days cooling off period to try Sky Q, during which you can cancel without penalty.  BUT you won't be able to go back to Sky+ if you do,.

@Mrslope Have you done your research on the differences between Sky+HD and Sky Q? What's driving your decision to switch?

Be aware that the 'free' VIP upgrade typically includes a bundled Q Mini box in addition to the main Q box, and so has a higher monthly subscription.  If you really don't want Multiscreen it's actually cheaper to pay an initial setup fee rather than an additional amount 18 times during the minimum contract period.
