We have not been able to access sky TV for the last 3 months

next door have erected a scaffolding that is blocking our line of sight signal

and there is no date for it to be removed 

what can we do

Have the dish relocated, if possible, but Sky will charge you for this or you could carry on as you are as Sky TV cannot be the top of you priority list having gone 3 months without it already

@Ged+Ryan you could ask your neighbour for a contribution towards Sky's callout charge (usually £65) if you decide to ask them to relocate your dish. They (your neighbours) aren't under any obligation though.
