Hi, both of my Sky remotes have stopped working, but both were fine yesterday, why is this?

Perhaps it's your Sky box that,has stopped responding. Try turning it off at the plug for 4 minutes, then see if your remote works.

So how do i get to speak to someone thats gonna help me?

I have tryed doing that since 5:30 this morning, my Sky TV is working its just the remotes on both boxs thats not working
