Sky Plus Box not working

I am getting Sky Intro for Sky Q when I try to watch Sky TV, and I can't get out of it no matter what button I press on my remote control. I haven't got a Sky Qbox, just a Sky Plus box and Sky Plus Remote Control.

Try a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.
