Sky + Planner not working and Slow response

Hi 

 

Was hoping someone might be able to help. This afternoon my Sky + box develped an issue and im stuggling to resolve it. The planner when you scroll through channels will not populate, just says schedule info not available. Also if i change channels by scolling and selecting the channel, the box sort of freezes up and takes a while to respond, though the new channel still plays

 

I have tried rebuilding the planner a couple of times, restarted it several times, and unplugged as well. Any suggestions on how to resolve or has anyone else seen this before?

Sounds like the hard drive might be on its last legs 😞

@Baggy316 you could try a full System Reset (same menu as Planner Rebuild) which might improve things, but as @Annie+UK posted, it does sound as though the hard drive is on its way out.
