Was hoping someone might be able to help. This afternoon my Sky + box develped an issue and im stuggling to resolve it. The planner when you scroll through channels will not populate, just says schedule info not available. Also if i change channels by scolling and selecting the channel, the box sort of freezes up and takes a while to respond, though the new channel still plays
I have tried rebuilding the planner a couple of times, restarted it several times, and unplugged as well. Any suggestions on how to resolve or has anyone else seen this before?
