Sky HD with multiscreen cannot re pair second box ( viewing card expired)

Hi guys im getting "viewing card expired" error on my downstairs multiroom skyhd box...i cannot re pair it because on the main online account its only showing the "one box" and not the second viewing card number..anyone know any tips tricks other than the new install? or calling sky and maually telling them the viewing card number to try repair..normal tv channels works just not the sky ..sports etc..

That's an uncommon error. I think you'll have to call to sort it out if you can't perform a New Install.
