My elderly mum has a sky + HD box. She's had this years and has never changed it as there's things on her box that she doesn't want to lose. She's woken up this morning to a message on her box saying 'there is a problem with your hard drive disk' so she can't access any of her recordings. The tv is her life how do I get this fixed asap can you do this remotely? Is it due to an update? She has no internet at the property so cannot use the yellow interactive button
