Sky+HD demand not working

My Settings/Network/Connection to On Demand says OK as does Connection to Broadband Router until I try to access On Demand. Then I get a page saying Connect your Sky+HD box to broadband.... and when I go back to the settings page the Connection to On Demand is changed to FAIL.

 

Have tried rebooting everything and resetting everything but no change. 

 

Any help greatfully received.

@Roy641 has it worked ok before? Are you connected over wifi? Does the everything you've rebooted include your broadband router?

Yes, it has worked before and yes I rebooted my router and the sky box. The sky box is plugged into a wifi mesh box via an Ethernet cable. I've rebooted that also.

 

It's odd that the broadband connection is reported as OK, it's just the on demand that isn't working.

@Roy641 I wonder if it doesn't like your mesh network. You could try a temporary direct connection, either ethernet or WiFi, direct to your router?
