In the past - when I have had problems with an original (PRE HD) Box - I had an engineer come out same day or next day - they will not be "sitting around" waiting for call outs - but I would have expected Sky to have the resources to get a installation completed within a few days - not weeks ?
This is a "bread and butter" job - not a complex fault finding job
