Sky+HD box failure

My Sky+HD box has a hard disk failure message. I have followed the steps, but the issue is still there.

 

how can I replace the box please? I am currently unable to watch recordings or anything on demand.

There are no new Sky+HD boxes - the last were made in 2015/2016. But you can buy a used replacement Sky+HD box cheaply from the likes of eBay. Just look for a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent. 

 

Or now might be the time to switch to Sky Q? I imagine Sky will do you a good deal to encourage you to switch.

You can pick them up from the likes of eBay so if you do then make sure you purchase a 890 or 85 model. You will not get them from Sky.
