Sky Channel 412 keeps breaking up.
Viaplay channel 412 keeps breaking up. I have replaced the dish and LNB and had the dish orientated by a professional such that all other channels are perfect. I have a Sky HD box. I talked to their agent in Belfast and he says their system uses different co-ordinates and I need to get the dish adjusted. I am loathed to pay for an engineer to come and adjust the dish again is their technical desk correct?

Thank you for responding.
It is viaplay 1 on HD.

I think The Jewellery Channel (TJC) uses the same transponder - see if it has the same problem. If so, it's most likely a dish alignment problem.

Re: Sky Channel 412 keeps breaking up.
Thank you once again. I will try that. I am chairman of a SPFL club and we get the viaplay FOC as part of our sponsorship. I was hoping to show the Scotland games in our sports bar as not everyone wants to pay for this channel on top of SKY and BT to watch footy.
Is there enough tolerance in movement of the dish without degrading the rest of the channel reception. I have just had the new dish aligned and it was spot on. I would hate to lose the quality of the other channels for this one. Why on earth the SPFL sold the viewing rights to it was beyond my comprehension. As we know though money talks.
