Sky Box won’t connect to WiFi

My Sky+ HD box won't connect to my Sky Broadband. I've run a network test and all working fine, but when I try to connect it on Sky it says 'No wireless networks found'.

Has it connected to your broadband service before? Are you connecting over wifi? Or by ethernet cable?

Does your Sky box have a WPS button on the front panel?

Yes it does

Press the WPS button on your Sky box and within 30 seconds press the WPS button on your router (Hub). That should allow your Sky box to connect over wifi.
