Trying to set up my sky box

says unsuccessful connection trying to connect to the sky router tried everything!!! any ideas??

Have you connected the Sky+ box to a compatible Sky+ satellite dish?

Can you post a photo of the Boxes network tab in the settings?

If using Wi-Fi try the WPS buttons
