My brothers sky has lost his Sky satellite signal after bad weather a few days ago. I checked everything they said to do on sky.com. Any advice or do I just need to contact Sky for someone to come out?

I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).
He will need to employ a local satellite engineer at his own expense to check/realign/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.
If he has Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance he can call them but a previous post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Re: Satellite signal failure
@Claire353 unfortunately yes. A minimum broadband speed is required for Sky Q. I believe Sky recommend at least 2Mbps.
