Response to complaint. How long?
Logged a complaint via phone due to drop on sky stream service since 'upgrade' to fibre broadband. Told by engineer if WiFi didn't stretch I could get a free booster online.
Last call to sky an engineer was going to review my service issues and the call handler was going to ask his supervisor to sign me up to sky max. Over two weeks later , no contact and no improvement in viewing quality. Anyone experienced similar and know how long for a resolution?

Re: Response to complaint. How long?
If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or buy it as an add-on Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.
Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
To answer the question in the thread title ~ If you've made an official complaint Sky have up to 6 weeks to resolve it.
