Remote not working

How to get new Remote from Sky. I spoke with a relationship officer  regarding this issue. But not yet. Recived conformation mail or sms from department

You don't, you can purchase them from eBay, Amazon, ASDA, TESCO etc..

You don't, you can purchase them from eBay, Amazon, ASDA, TESCO etc..
