I have had no sky for several days and would like to be refunded for all the days I have not received it.

As @Annie+UK says if you can give full details of your problem we might be able to assist or give advice
Just to manage your expectations, if you have SKY + or SKY HD, SKY are not responsible for your box, dish or cabling so will not refund because your equipment could not receive the service.
