Strange one this.
Our electricity was off from 9.00am yesterday (24/6/2024) & switched back on at 11.15am. I had a program set to record at 10.25am & it has recorded. Not complaining obviously but how is it even possible.

There's no way that particular recording could have been made with the power off. The box may have recorded an alternative showing. Alternatively some local electrical maintenance work can be completed without disabling the power everywhere. Obviously that won't apply if it was a general power outage.

I took a screenshot of the programme, definitely not plus 1, definitely recorded what I wanted with the only comment of part recorded due to signal loss & when I've watched it, there is a very brief break in recording. Other than that, perfect. I assumed electric probably was restored earlier bit having been in all morning & no other electric items were on its counts it out. Putting it down to a bleep in the matrix I think 🤔
