Yes I've got the same issue it's driving me nutty I'm having it on loaads on bbc e4 all 4 channel 5 mtv it's getting worse and worse been going on 4 a week!!! I noticed it I have lots of stuff that is part recording as I have lots that flashes at the moment and I'm noticing it's more and more channels they need to sort it out when ur paying £44 a month u expect the service your paying for.

Well they need to sort it out when your paying £44 a month u expect the service u pay for when u have lots that clashes and then can't download for many different channels it's everything I recorded last night over 4 different channels haven't been able to download for a week now from certain channels what's the point in paying for a service when I can't watch over half of my programmes when everything I'm having is no not there!! Happening on everything on bbc, e4, mtv, channel 5 all 4 and before u sat up plug my box certain channels are letting me download for demand so I know it's not a problem with my box.

Sky are fully aware of the problem and it is obviously a major issue.Have only been able to download from BBC Channels on Sunday.Seems to also be affecting Sky Witness and Nature as they have removed programmes for Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday from catch up.Just set to record any programmes and download them when the issue is sorted. No point complaining on here.It is also affecting Sky Q.
Sky customer service is appalling I agree but it still offers the best available considering other options.

Obviously this applies to other channels aswell but no explanation as to how it has happened.
Good morning, Julian
Thanks for your email concerning BBC Catch Up services and apologies as there is still a large backlog of programme content to be added to these Catch Up services.
I can advise that support teams are currently working hard to make the content available. Keep checking the BBC Catch Up / iPlayer from time to time, as work to add the programmes is on-going.
We appreciate your patience at this time.
Yours sincerely

This appears to have now been resolved fingers crossed
17 Oct 2022 10:31 PM
Still not solved. Many programmes missing.
19 Oct 2022 11:19 AM
Yes.Still programmes missing from ITV.Seems to be happening every Sunday which then impacts rest of the week.Spoke to Viewerr at sky but all they say is there are still lots of programmes to be loaded onto catch up and they have a team working on it.
19 Oct 2022 02:28 PM
Same issues.Sky really are useless. Its probably a ploy to get customers who still have sky+hd boxes to change to Q therefore eliminating the amount of platforms they have to up date.
The response I had from viewerr is below which is self explanatory.
Thank you for your further email.
As you stated the broadcasters are responsible for making their content available via the Sky platform in this case ITV.
However the delay in uploading content to our catch-up/on demand service is due to a backlog as already advised and our support teams are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Kind Regards
Jackie

Another one?! Every other week a new conspiracy theory is posted 😁
20 Oct 2022 11:05 PM
Why is it a conspiracy theory. Its obvious Sky cannot cope with having 3 different platforms all with the same problems week after week as they do not have the staff to deal with the issues. You obviously work for sky to post such an ignorant comment.

Professor T series 2 episode 4 broadcast 14 October 2022 is unavailable for download still.
I have emailed Sky at Viewer Relations who insist that this episode has been available on all platforms since Wednesday.
I have a Sky+HD box but it is still not available either when I do a search or in the ITV catch-up.
Am I missing it somehow and can anyone else find it?
I have reported it as missing still to Sky but just wondered if it this is unique to me.
I know it is available on the ITV hub which is where I may end up watching it with adverts but I prefer to download and watch without ads.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI can't find it either via my Sky+ box, there have been some issues of late with programs like this being uploaded late so I don't know if that is what is happening here.

Thank you for confirming that. As I said, Sky Viewer Relations are insistent that this episode has been available for download since Wednesday on (in their words) 'on all platforms'.
I have emailed again and provided a screenshot showing that episode 4 is not visible in any search.
At least now I know I am not crazy.
