Programme synopsis is not available how do I fix it

Input 2  no signal

So you have a hardware fault with Input 2, Check the cable, if you find nothing obvious your have to call someone out to take a look

Hmmm I've got the same problem signal 2 all blue, seems funny as it's just happened after cancelling sky protct insurance

I doubt Sky would waste resource by sending an engineer out specifically to mess with your dish setup....

You can restore your programme synopsis temporarily by setting Single Feed Mode on in your Sky box settings.
