@Avonpark turn your Sky box off at the plug and remove the Viewing Card. Wipe the gold contacts with a dry cloth. After 4 minutes restart the box and when it has fully restarted, reinsert the Viewing Card. If that doesn't resolve it, you'll need to give Sky a call.
