Someone in sky has cancelled my subscription even though it's paid by direct debit every minth

Give Sky a call. They'll be able to reinstate your Multiscreen subscription to your Viewing Card. It may be helpful to have a note of the affected Viewing Card when you call..

If it wasn't HD hardware then subscription will have been cancelled because such boxes cannot now receive service.
