Problem with hard disk drive

Hard disk drive fault . No tv listing . Won't record or play shows

You could try a full System Reset which might restore normal working, but failing that, you'll need to upgrade either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

 

The System Reset option is in the hidden Installer Menu, which you can access by keying Services,0,0,1,Select on your Sky remote.

OR replace the HDD in the Sky box😉

 

Although it is not easy to replace HDDs in DRX890/895 boxes😟
