Problem accessing Sky Box sets on Sky+ hd box

Is anyone else having problems accessing sky box sets?. In the last 48 hours I have been recieving a 'For your Information' message everytime I click on sky box sets (and each time I clock on any tile) that the service is loading and an error code CU5. The message clears after a few seconds and I do have full access to the service. I have tried the usual remedies of a reboot and planner rebuild but the problem persists.

I have just cehcked my box and see the same, the first time the message disappeared so quickly I didn't have time to read what it said but on loading it up again I could see the same CU5 error but after a few seconds it does go.

Thank you for checking. Its reassuring to know that others are having a similar issue. In the past these problems have usually been due to a problem at sky rather than my box and they usually resolve within a few days

Well I am still getting this so Sky have nt fixed it yet. Its really irritating

The error code and "service loading" message is still going on and it's 24 April.

At the very least, SKY could release a fix, as restarts & rebuilds don't work.
