I have paramount plus included with my subscription but cannot log in or reset it

What TV service do you have from Sky, so is it Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

If you have Sky+ (where you've posted) there is no login for Paramount+ . The content can be found within the Sky Cinema and On Demand/Catch Up tiles.
