Paramount plus no subtitles

My mum, who is hard of hearing, was enjoying Yellowstone on Paramount Plus. She had the subtitles on and has subtitles for the first five episodes but every episode after that there are no subtitles. She's using sky+ on e non-smart TV. Are these subtitles going to come along at some point?

I have been following Yellowstone on paramount which I have as part of cinema package I have a sky  plus box I need subtitles as hard of hearing which I can get for most programs however for this series there seems to be some episodes have subtitles and others don't? I have gone through all the suggestions that sky suggests no different! Series 3 no subtitles series 4 yes? What is going on and how can I solve this as cannot follow without subtitles? Any help appreciated please as cannot even view on sky go as paramount don't allow it either?.....??
