Pairing Sky HD Viewing Card

I have an old SKY HD box and I have had a message coming up saying " Your Sky viewing card needs to be paired to your Sky HD box. To pair them go to Sky.com/quickfix".

I have tried the online help but they have not worked. 

Please help.

Ordering Sky Q triggers an auto cancel for a Sky Plus card<s>, you'll need to contact Sky for your options going forward
