@Rich193 if this is a replacement Sky+ box, you can't pair it with your Viewing Card, I'm afraid. Your Card is locked to the box you were using in October 2024.

@Rich193 ah ok. If the box is switched off for a long period it doesn't receive a 'keep alive' signal via the dish. If you can't pair them yourself, via the New Install menu option, you'll have to give Sky a call and ask them to do it for you. Don't accept any attempt they make to tell you you'll have to upgrade - you don't have to.
