Afternoon all. Having issues pairing a new card. Using the automated service through sky, it doesn't recognise the last 3 numbers of the new card and disconnects me. Tried using the my sky app, but doesn't give me the option anymore to pair. The instructions merely circle you around to the beginning. And ringing sky to help, I've been put through 3 times to an area where I've met an engaged tone and been disconnected. If anyone is reading this from sky, please get in touch..

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice

Unfortunately that doesn't work. This box is upstairs (the main box is fine) but it still won't let me access all the channels I have on the main box ie sky sport.
