Only one signal bar hd box

I only have a small portable dish but when I try to set it up I get a good signal and quality on one bar but nothing on the other. Some channels work and some say no signal. It's got new double cables and a new lnb . Any ideas anyone ?

Unfortunately it sounds like your portable dish isn't up to the job. Perhaps too small?
