Ensure viewing card inserted correctly 

This is because Sky think I have a SkyQ box but I don't.

Engineer came Sunday and said it would be sorted by today - it isn't 

Clearly Sky need to sort something out

@Caroline1974 Why did an engineer come and why do Sky think you have Sky Q?
