Re: Not signal. Sky
Sky+? Or Sky Q? You've posted in the Sky + forum.

Re: Not signal. Sky
@Jagroopsingh In case your not aware this is a customer helps customer community, we can't check anything for you.
Is the actual message "No Satellite Signal"? If so Sky no longer support Sky+HD boxes so you'll need to employ the services of a local satellite installer company
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home

Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Not signal. Sky
@Jagroopsingh
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
No signal and no satellite signal are different.
If it's no satellite signal, Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace it.
If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
