No sky channels

Hi

i can't get any sky channels, the screen says 'your sky viewing card needs to be paired to your sky+hd box'

For a start I have no sky viewing card! 
I have turn d everything off, waited, still no sky channels

@Jax18  All Sky Subscription channels require a viewing card only FTA channels don't, channels such as BBC, ITV, C4, C5 should be viewable without a viewing card on a Sky+HD box.

If you have a Sky subscription, you have a viewing card.

Ok I've found the viewing card, I've just spoke to sky so all sorted now
