Your Sky +box isn't getting a satellite signal. Press yellow to help fix the issue. We done this but still not getting the channel? Any help please?

Almost certainly a dish misalignment. Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

Re: No signal on some programmes.
Thanks so much. I thought it was likely to be either the box or satellite dish. Fortunately we've got sky protect. I appreciate your help.
