You should be aware satellite signals cover the whole of the UK and are not confined to small areas, if there was an issue with the satellites the forum would be flooded with 1000's of posts.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's not a broadcast problem but I'm sure there are reception issues across the country as Eunice will have moved satellite dishes slightly - the dish doesn't need to move much to affect signal reception.
If the weather has calmed down in your area and you're still having problems, best to book an engineer to check your dish alignment.

it's possible that it has moved very slightly in the storm...but nothing obvious to the eye.
1st thought was a "local" signal problem.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Susan+fisher There is no additional number that circumvents the offshore call centres, it is pot luck when you call. As advised call back.

If you don't want to call Sky then all you have left with is to find a local company to you to do this or your dish will have to remain as it is - unfixed so what happens next is up to you.

The UK number is the one that goes through to the call centre
You can contact Sky using the number here (See the "Need more help?" dropdown near the bottom of the page)
