Hi. We are not sky subscribers, only using a sky+ box for free to air channels.
My wife was watching itv on Monday morning with no issues.
There was a period of heavy rain in the afternoon and the box lost the signal.
The 'boss' put it down to weather interference but, 2 days later, still showing no satellite signal.
Any ideas please ??

Ok, thanks. Was thinking of getting Freesat box but no point if it could be the dish !!

All channels? Or just ITV?

Black screen stating no satellite signal. No lock showing in settings.

Was considering contacting sky but suppose cannot as not a customer

Try unplugging the cable<s> from the dish (at the box end) and plugging them in again

Have removed/refitted cables. Still no signal....

Then you'll need to find a local satellite installer to come and investigate.
