No return box
Hello I have not received any return box to send back my sky equipment. Please can you chase this up urgently pls.

No need to return a Sky+ box (you've posted in the Sky + forum).
Packaging for other Sky equipment is usually sent just before the end of your notice period.
Or you can use your own packaging: see

If you are returning something other than a Sky+ box then it is important that you keep the tracking receipt so if needs be you can show that it has been returned.
