No program synopsis

My sky planner won't record any planned recordings and says no program synopsis available. Also when going into settings it's showing no signal on the input 2.

Until you get the signal issue fixed, turning on Single Feed Mode will restore your programme synopsis and recording ability - you'll only be able to record or watch live a single programme though.
