No or Weak Signal

No or weak signal. Network connection fine. Box  been 'initialising' for hours. Sky+

Your box can't initialise if it's not receiving a signal from the dish. Call Sky or a local satellite installer to book an engineer to investigate (if you're connected to a communal dish, speak to your building management people).
