New sky box

My sky box is not working it hasn't been working well since I got the box it keeps freezing and cutting off

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

What box? as Sky don't do Sky Plus any more

You've posted in the Sky+ Forum. It's unlikely that you've got a new Sky+HD Box.

Do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream?
