When I search for a programme and try to download it, my tv tells me it is "scheduled" but it never downloads. If I select to record a programme in the future this will work. Broadband and other streaming is OK. Not sure if it is because my Sky+ box is old.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@FL2 I doubt it's anything to do with the age of your Sky box. Check in your Planner for a previous download which has failed to complete and delete permanently any downloads in your Deleted folder.
