My sky is not working

I have had an engineer come out me two months ago, and no one else has come back. I am paying for a service here and I am getting it.

What problem are you having? What did the engineer say? How have you followed it up?

Engineer said I need a communal aerial for my sky Q witch, and I can't get in because of the management of my flats, but the engineer said that I could get sky stream I ordered the stream from yourselves. I'm still waiting for it for someone to call me back. No one has called me back since that time and right now. I am so annoyed with Sky it's ridiculous. I pay my bill every month and I've had texts from sky, asking me is there problem solved and I replied no and nothing is been done. My contract is up in June. I am shopping around for a different broadband and TV. I've been with Sky for a long time I think approximately 23 years and counting and there's not a day that sky has messed up .

FYI, your not talking to Sky here, we are just custmers like yourself

 

I would phone Sky and enquire what is happening with your order
