My sky box won’t record or download from sky channels

For several months my sky box will record on some channels but not others. Sky on demand always fails when trying to download from Sky channels

The box won't download at anytime - this has gone on for several months prior to which the channels were fine to download. My SKY package is

sky Ports HD

Sky HD

Sky Signature

Sky multiscreen

Sky go extra

What is happening when you try to download something so do you see an error message and if so what does it say ?

@Murphy highlight a failed download in your Planner and press the i button on your remote. Tell us the failure reason given at the end of the programme synopsis.
