My sky box keeps turning off

My sky box keeps turning off every 5/10 minutes while watching plus my internet is bloody terrible since having the new boxes install can you help this is terrible service can not even speak to someone on the phone anymore

All seem to be unrelated issues. Your internet isn't causing your Sky+ box to turn off.  Neither should be preventing the ability to speak to someone on the phone.
