My sky box is not working, I have two lights on the box but cannot re noot it

My remote is working. I have unplugged sky and pressed re-set buttin etc but no joy. The box does nothing

How long did you unplug it for? It needs to be at least 4 minutes to properly restart the box.

Does the box switch on at all, and show the menu? Or is it completely dead? Can you clarify what you mean by the reset button? Which lights are lit?
