My Sky+!HD box keeps flicking through channels every half hour of its own accord without the remote

My Sky+!HD box keeps changing channels approx every half hour of its own accord without the remote been touched or even if we take the batteries out. I reboot the system and after approx 30 mins it starts all over again Please Help.

Hi @PFKett  I think it would be best to start off with a Software Update on the box. You can find this torubleshooting here

Sky box doesn’t have back up button
