I am trying to access "My Account" via Services on my Sky HD+ box and all it says the whole time is "Just loading". I've left it for hours, switched off the box, reset the box, removed the viewing card and reinserted. I'm out of ideas now. Why can I not access the account details?

Various services have been removed from Sky+HD this week, it could be due to that:

Thanks for the link. Sky have been very quiet about it, though as the article intimates, it's probably unsurprising.
@AshPion if you want to check your account details online, it looks like ypu'll have to do so via sky.com or by upgrading to one of the current TV platforms - either Sky Q or Sky Stream.
