Multi room failed

My multi room box has just stopped accessing sky and shows pr movoes downloed wont play. Bills all up to date Nd it was worming fine a few houra ago? Whats happening

 Cheers turns out Sky had just switched it off without any request from me or notice from them. What a palaver to get if sorted.
