Iv checked all cables & followed all instructions online. Still no on demand or recording available

There is a problem with your hard disk drive. Recordings, on demand & other services are not available

Thank you I tried that but msg said Cannot rebuild. With disc problem. Looks like k need to upgrade to sky Q

@BEL.L.C. looks like the hard disk has failed, I'm afraid, as they all do eventually. Either Sky Q or possibly Sky Steam are options.

If it says diskless mode then search mt FAQ for "Diskless"
