Your post isn't very clear. You've posted on the Sky+ board. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD and therefore wouldn't be sending a TV engineer out.

As stated Sky no longer support issues with a Sky+ set up.

BTW @AD39 If you do have SKY +/HD & you call SKY they are like to suggest a switch to SKY Q
In that case, you may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
